So, you’ll learn what Lead Magnets are, how to create them and the different kinds of lead magnets that you can create to get more folks to sign up for your email list(s).

What Is an Email Funnel?
An email funnel is just a series of emails you send to people over time to build a relationship and help guide them toward becoming your client or customer.
👉 Think of it like this:
Imagine you meet someone at a community event who’s curious about home safety. You wouldn’t immediately try to sell them a full home renovation. Instead, you’d start with a friendly conversation, give them helpful tips, maybe share a checklist or guide. Over time, as they trust you more, they might ask about your services.
An email funnel works the same way, but automatically.
The 4 Simple Stages:
1️⃣ Awareness:
They join your email list, maybe by downloading a free checklist or signing up for a webinar.
2️⃣ Education:
You send helpful emails that teach them about safety, modifications, or planning for aging in place. No sales yet, just value.
3️⃣ Trust:
You share stories, examples, or case studies to show how you’ve helped others like them.
4️⃣ Offer:
Once they know, like, and trust you, you invite them to take the next step, schedule a consultation, request a home assessment, or use your service.
